The challenge: New recruitment consultancy and charitable Foundation, ForceSelect, wanted to promote the benefits of appointing military service leavers for UK business, as well as raise money for military charities.
The strategy: Calacus worked with ForceSelect to create interest amongst a wide range of media organisations including national broadcasters, military magazines, business and general consumer titles as well as identify relevent news agenda media opportunities.
The outcome: ForceSelect quickly established itself as the leading recruitment consultancy for military service leavers, with the media campaign having a direct impact on the growth of the business.
